In order to register and make payments, you must login to your personal registration account through our "myCongressOnline" (myCO) solution.
If you do not have an account yet, you will be able to create one in a few clicks.
If you already have a myCO account, you may login to view your orders.
Please note: Once you have created an account, you will be able to register for all events and courses managed by this solution.
myCO will allow participants to:
- manage their personal details
- check and update their orders (registration, accommodation, social events...)
- check their schedule (presenters, moderators, chairmen...)
- check and update their abstract submissions
- download all PDF documents edited for the congress (confirmation, invoice, QR-Pass, attendance certificate...) but also for previous congresses managed through myCO.

1. Registration:
The Delegate Booking Fee includes: Access to scientific sessions, access to the exhibition, a copy of the final programme, the congress bag (or equivalent). Coffee breaks and Lunches are complimentary with registration.
Oral & Poster Presentations following the Call for Abstracts: Those who have been accepted for an oral or a poster presentation at the event must register to the congress.
Cancellation and Curtailment: Delegates are subject to the following charges and refunds upon withdrawal or cancellation:
• More than 1 month prior: 50% cancellation fee/ 50% refund, with a mimimun of 100 euros
• Less than 1 month prior to the event: Full cancellation fee / No refund
The data controller is the Organiser. The Organiser may disclose such personal information to Registered Event Sellers (Solution Providers) and other Delegates but solely for the purposes of the Event. The Delegate consents to the use of his/her personal and company information on the terms set out herein.3. Miscellaneous:
This Agreement may not be transferred or assigned by either the Delegate or the Delegate’s Company. The Organiser will determine the scope and content of Congress conference events, seminars, workshops and activities throughout the Event. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event without liability to Delegate’s Company or individual Delegate. If for any reason the Organiser has to cancel or postpone this Event, the Organiser reserves the right to transfer this Booking to another Congress within the same sector to be held within twelve months. Should another Congress in the same sector not be available within this period, the Booking Fee will be refunded.
